how can I fix my sisters Tricity Bendix 1000 eco washing machine!?

Help please! My sisters Tricity Bendix 1000 eco worked this morning and has stopped now, will not work now and cannot even turn the drum inside..it is locked in place.any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!pete

either bearings have collapsed or you have clothing jammed between the drum.try looking down between the door gasket and stainless inner drum for socks etc
