Water in the carb float bowl and/or tank. Because it sinks to the bottom, it's not easy to get it all out. Remove the bolt from the bottom of the float chamber and drian it. If there is water present it will appear as 'blobs' in the drained fuel. Just 1 drop will effectively block the jet. Allow sufficient fuel to drain out to be sure that the line from the tank is completely purged.
