how can i fix my vokera compact 28 boiler?

just had my vokera comp 28 installed plumbers left after 45 mins a solid red led light is on no heating again please help

Boiler works with the cover off, however as soon as this is back on, system swiches off. It will only fire up for a few seconds and then switches off again.
The air-pressure switch has been renewed but to no avail.

check pressure on htg system should be a guage on boiler should be above 1
