how to fix Bosch HBN43055OB oven?

Power getting tho' ( display is on)
Top Fan works
Light does not come on but bulb OK
Both heating elements ( grill and oven) failing to heat up

wiring looks OK except signs of overheating to blue and black wires linking mains connection to function selector

any ideas?
