Mend Joy PF1700 Timing Pick Needle

Timing on a joys PF1700?

The timing seems to be out on my daughter's PF1700. I've got it to pick up by adjusting the needle bar to move lower but the hook doeas not seem to rotate quite far enough and it's comes back without the thread passing over. Can anyone advise how to time. email sewing@youinfront.com

Hello Kelvin,
Not wise to alter the needle bar, if you e-mail me I will attach timing instructiuons but you need the needle bar exactly back to where it was.
