how can i fix my 1988 suzuki quad siezed engine?

i was riding and it was smoking like crazy with oil in the crank all of a sudden it locked up and i cant kick it over the kick is locked so what do i need to fix this my self? 1988 suzuki quad 250

you will need a engine rebuild or a new engine you have sezied it bye running it with no oil in it and gears and other parts will have grinded each other and will not work love you boo
