toyota lucida luxuary oil coming out of exaust and smoking blue in colour?

help my lucida in a bad way smoking heavy when i rev it blue ish colour.oil coming out of exasust a lot aswell.like a tricling tap.engine sounds fine no nocking noise.but no power when driven.there is a terible wining noise when you excellerate rev.i fear the worst.can this be fixed
