water leaking from automatic air release valve on water pump (should the valve be closed or open) its open at the moment. not sure if i should close it.
the valve should be open mate but if its leaking...from the little black nipple its u/s and needs replacing...simple job..never came accross one in excess of 20 pound whatever model boiler
