Mira Sport Shower 9.5K?

Hi I have a Mira Sport 9.5 shower, it is 5 years old and has just stopped working. When I switch the shower on, the red light on the pull cord switches off, and no water comes out???? Can it be fixed or do I need to buy a new shower.
