I have a mira elite mixer shower for 10 years-it has not been overused. Recently there is only cold water coming out of it and pressure is bad. What can I do?
It's likely that the cartridge has failed. They can be purchased by phoning Mira on 0844 571 5000. Alternatively they can arrange for one of their engineers to repair the shower for you at a fixed price
