my mira sprint 8.5 kw trips after about 10 mins of pullcord being on the shower does not have to be running to trip.just having the pull cord on does it.replaced the pull cord and it still trips,its about 2 years old.
What size fuse do you have in your consumer unit. Should be a 40amp. Anything lower and you risk tripping the fuse. If not that there may be fault with an element within the heater tank. I always find ringing Mira's Service Department (0844 571 50000) useful as they offer a range of options to resolve your problems.
