Mend Fiat Punto ELX 2000 Spark Plug Trouble

spark plug trouble?

I own a fiat punto elx 2000 recently it has started firing on what seems to be 3 plugs and when I inspect them one is wet, I replace the plugs and it will run fine for a while then the same trouble starts again, please can you help.
