Mend HP Z23 Printer Work Print

How do I get this printer to work?

I have a Z23 and last night I printed an item fine then 5 minuates later it would not print.Today it won't print and when I turn off the printer and turn back on it runs paper thru at start and I get a Printing is done message. It hasn't printed but I get a message that it can't read something I do think it has to do with the printer.

Have you tried resetting the PC that the printer is attached to?
Sometimes the print buffer gets stuck and it needs a reset to clear it.
