Pfaff creative 1471 foot won't drop?

Thank you, dwk, we appreciate the help. Is there a secret to removing the face plate? The two screws at the top of the unit (under the top lid) don't seem to be enough to release the plastic piece.

Thanks, drivewithken, I got it to work! Release screw for the face plate was in the handle's "swing groove" -- your assistance was invaluable!

Hello Jack,
Theyb are a bit of a pain to get off, if I remember you have to undo the handle as well as the other screws, there should be a couple of screws on the faceplate itself, if you can't get the faceplate off concentrate on taking the top off remember to undo the screws under the accessory tray.
