broken belt on a pony troy bilt tiller?

how do you change the belts and idler pulley's on a troy-bilt tiller pony model 5hp. . i'm also having trouble matching the numbers on the tiller to any on the parts lists online ? any help would be appreciated .

I have a Pony with a Briggs 5 hp engine. The first belt on my model slipped off and the replacement belt slipped over the pullies. It was a bit difficult and you will have to engage the clutch drive. As for the belt I used a Gates brand,(The Gates Rubber Company) number 6824.
