how do I wipe all files from my hard drive, I want to clear absolutely everything off it and start again

If is a drive without the operating system (2nd drive) then find it in my computer,right click & choose format. If it is the main drive,put windows disc into cd drive & follow instructions,this will wipe the drive & reinstall windows fresh.
