how to fix alarm?

i have a peugeot 405 gtx any advice on how to fix the alarm system the head lights flash but no siren sound when alarm goes off i have tried evry thing i can think of if you can help it would be appreciated

sound's like the alarm system is working if the light's are going.....check you've got power in the wire's on the alarm horn, when you set the alarm off . If you have replace the horn. If not trace the wire back until you find power and rewire from that point.
