indesit is70c?

hi my dryer is not heating up i pushed the reset button on the thermostat and never heard a click so replaced them and still no heat does that mean the heating element wants changing

Again, I have the same problem. Once, it seemed to be rectified after I cleaned the filter within the bottom panel of the dryer (but that has now broken). I'm hoping the reset button will sort it out this time.
