How can i fix my Vokera 20 e,main pump continues to run?

It will continue to run untill the D H W timer programme comes to the end of its auto x hours cycle it will then shut down,or manually switching off it stops in 30 secs of being switched off,unlike the c/h which cuts off after 30sec automatically (when the heat has reached pre set thermostat temperature setting) and shuts down and starts up as normal ,although it could have x hours left to run on the timer programme

how long does it run for if left alone? continuious?
it could be just still tryiny to dissipate the heat left in the boiler (with the diverter in dh mode its a short circut and may take a bit of time)
