Mend Worcester Heat Slave 20/25 Boiler Hot Water Low Pressure

Worcester Heat Slave 20/25 boiler. Very Low pressure?

Hot water pressure is very low. Water temp OK. Full cold water pressure. Water meter confirms no leaks.

For a while the pressure seemed to be building up but today the pressure was well down, will not mix in shower.

There is a flow restrictor in the cold water inlet pipe....could be this is scaling up....
