HOW DO I CHECK THE FUSE ON MY 87983110?

It would be useful if you tell us where the ELECTRICAL fuse is! In a plug, stereo or what ...?

If you have the fuse taken out do the following:
Take the battery out of your torch as well as the filament bulb. Hold one end of the bulb on the battery and connect the other end of the battery with a short piece of wire to the other part of the bulb. If the bulb lights, the fuse is ok, if it does not light the fuse needs replacing by the correct type (rating) . The way in which you connect bulb,battery and fuse does not matter. If you have no wire take a paper clip and bend it into shape
