Nobody seems to answer any questions on these sites!
My prolinfe frost free freezer also made quite loud buzzing noise, but I got used to it; however, it has now stopped freezing. Red warning light and orange fast freeze lights are on, but green mains light is off......but I don't expect an answer in the near future. I am going to turn the thing on it's side for 30 minutes (I think they call it BURPING) to see if that gets it going again, failing that, I will have to throw it out as I can't afford to get it fixed.
