my mower runs when I spray starting fluid in but when i shut it off it won't start unless i spray starter fluid in it again. Why won't it start after running for 10 minutes on gas alone, no starter fluid?
Three possibilitys that you have a clogged fuel filter, a dirty fuel tank or dirty carburator. You could also check to make sure you dont have a hole or cut in you fuel line.

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR CHOCK IS NOT CLOSING ALL THE WAY. MOVE YOUR THROTTLE CONTROL ALL THE WAY FORWARD AND CK TO SEE IF THE CHOCK IS CLOSING .
