I have recorded a programme but every time i go to watch the programme the box freezes i have to unplug the box then switch back on to clear the problem, is there any way of deleting this from the stored menu.

goto menu then setup (4)on setup down to help press okon help screen press the green button this opens hidden menu advanced imformation press blue button this formats the hard drive and wipes all the recorded imformation u will lose all recorded programs but it will sort ur problem
