no cold water?

You dont give anyone much to go on here. No water from kitchen tap could be down to an isolating valve being turned off. Look under the sink at the pipes and see if there are any valves (may be one with a slot for a screwdriver to fit into).
It may be the washer has stuck inside the tap - tap will need stripping to have a look - turn the water off first though!
