How to fix kitchen mixer?

Hi there,

How to you fix a kitchen mixer that only give you hot water. when turn the lever to the cold setting, there's hardly any water coming out from the tap.

please help..

D.I.Y, Plumbing Kitchen Water Coming

is it a 1/4 turn lever? If so replace the ceramic disc assembly inside the tap, if a traditional tap mechanism the washer has probably wound off the worm gear inside, just remove head and wind it back on again!
