Hi my cold water tap is running fine in kitchen and downstairs toilet is ok,but no water coming out of hot tap and no water at all in upstairs bathroom or toilet.Any ideas what could be causing this?

A frozen pipe in the loft perhaps. - I hope not...
If so - when the thaw comes you may have a burst pipe leak - call a plumber now.
