since installing broadband three weeks ago crashing all the time bt say everything is connected ok .have downloaded anti virus and spyware still no luck .I have been told its a virus but I don't know how to get rid of it
You should ensure that your PC has an Anti-Virus program and that it is up to date. (The data it uses should be freshed regularly otherwise it is not protecting your PC properly.)
AVG is a very good free Anti-Virus program.
