Mend Lexus RX 330 Player Eject Cds

How do I get Lexus RX 330 cd player to play or eject cd's?

Took car to lexus dealer for repairs. when i got the car back the cd player would not play, nor would player eject cd's. error 4 flashes when the cd player is turned on and switches to radio mode if cd ejection button is depressed

Any suggestions

I had similar problem on GS300, 2005-..., Mark&Levinson audio.

Try to pull out the audio fuses for a minute. After this the cd-box should eject all disks without problems.

It looks like the power has been disconnected from the CD playerand it now requires the security code to unlock it . If you have the code, then enter it into the CD as per manual.
