How do I correct problem with car CD player?

My car CD player (JBL) is stuck on disc 6. The CD player won't play or eject and CDs. Ho wdo I correct this problem?

JBL Audio, In-Car Audio Problem Player Disc Play

Simply take a card (big enough to enter the size of the disc slot) or an envlope, and move into the slot where you insert the disc.The reason is to stop the beam and reflect. The disc should come out.
