Indesit WD12 - Will not reset. 4 flashes every 10 seconds?

We recently had a bit of a flood in the kitchen and I believe that there may have been enough water around to get inside the machine. Since then the machine will not reset. The dial keeps turning even after going through the recommended steps to reset it i.e. turn the machine off at the mains. Wait a while, turn the dial to a black spot, turn the poweron at the plug and the machine.

The error is 4 flashes every 10 seconds. Does anybody know what this means?
