Mend Simpson Esprit 600 Machine Wash Drain

How can I fix my Simpson Esprit 600?

The machine will wash and all of a sudden stop, will not wash and will not drain. The switch which is activated when you lift the lid to cut off has been by passed and is still doing the same thing. The motor is all ok. What could this be?

check where the dial is when it stops, you might have a valve problem and its not filling up with water when its supposed to and therefore cant keep washing because its not filling with water.
