How can I fix Renault LAguna which will not start?

i did left the card on ignition laguna dci 2002 then when i wanted to start the car, won't start, there some clicking, but wont start, could u help please.

you need to start by fully charging the battery then fit the battery , then lock and unlock the car ,then switch the ignition on only and see what happens then chech to see if everything is working on the car ,then try starting the engine, and see what happens you never no it might be a flat battery
