Mend Nokia 5300 Times Switch Help

is it my battery?

new nokia 5300 only used a couple of times then unused for about amonth now won't switch on no life at all help!

Try plugging in the carger for a couple of hours before switching it on - It may be that the battery is so flat that it needs a long charge to get it going again.
Also make sure that the charger is working (if you have another Nokia phone - use it on that, assuming that it's the same connection).
