my domestic hot water goes from hot to cold every so often, and my high to low flame goes to low flame it cuts out, then as temperature goes down it fires up to high flame warms the water temperature reaches cuts out on low flame,water gets cold.
Can you help me with this problem?
and What is the problem? and what shall i replace or look for?

Sounds like it is the DHW thermostat. This is a common problem on the flowmatic. Find out who your local Vokera repair specialist is through Vokera and call them direct. They will have the part and will have it fixed quite quickly.

generally when you get problems like this on especially older boilers its geared around scaled/sludged up heat exchangers. basically the boiler is not transferring its heat as needed and cuts out on stat. because of the scale/sludge the heat generated is not being passed on to the demand and the boiler is effectively overheating and switches off until temperature drops.
