Mend Hotpoint WMA44 Aquarius Washer Working

wma44 hotpoint aquarius?

Washer seems to be working ok until i use a fast spin then the noise is shocking! and the clothes smell of burning when i take them out.
hotpoint aquarius extra wma44 1200 spin
could it be the bearings or bushes? and can i fix it myself, (im female but pretty good with technical stuff)
