we using the mashing manually only, is it the timer control knob that we need to change?
it was not emptying the water before now is not selecting any programme, using it manually only.
please send me the quotation for the part . is it the knob that needs to be changed?.

umm.... bit of a tricky one this, dont really have enough info. It could be a problem with a cam that sits below the timer knob. grip the knob with a pair of pliers and try to remove it to see what sits beneath. check out www.2ndwave.co.uk/manual.html
