Mend Craftsman LT1000 Replace Drive Belt

How do I replace a 'secondary drive belt' on my Craftsman LT1000?

What is the easiest way to replace the secondary drive belt on my LT1000 Craftsman riding mower? The Belt # is 71 24690 (144959) and drives the cutting blades. I don't have the book and need the schematic or an idea of what comes off etc.
