how to replace drive belt?

there might be ajuster nut on one of the pulleys, thats lets you move in or out, or up or down, to get the belt on , and then you put it back to were it was after you have the belt on, to keep it tight, we use belt drive cutters in the park were i work, and thats how some of them work, or sometimes, you might have the belt running the wrong way around the pulleys, this is not hard to get wrong, i have done it lots of times, everything looks different upside down, just recheck everything again,
