Mend OPTIMA 2 PLUS Working Fuses Fuse

PIR's not working on my OPTIMA 2 PLUS?

I changed the fuses still no joy .The fuse for the PIR"s is also for the outside bell & that is working fine.I got the manual but it dosent say anything about faults on PIR"S.
