my accenta 8 has no power to the key pad?

Hi, my accenta 8 has no power to the key pad. The red and green day and power ligths are not working also the green key pad lights are also out. I have removed the control panel cover and replaced the fuses 3x1amp and a 1.6amp fuse. The mains red power light works on the control panel. When I put the power back on the alarm sounds - but still no key pad lights at all. And I can not set or stop the alarm without removing the fuses again. please can you help Thankyou
