why cant i stop my bell ringing, my alarms working ok ??

last week my keypads went dead on my accenta g3 after a power failure, i assumed it was a fuse overload that happened when the power was restored, i replaced all fuses, while doing this my outside bell started ringing, i finished replacing the fuses, closed the panel, entered my code, everything was working except my outside bell would not stop ?? i have disconnected it for the time being, please help !!
