how can a fix my dbox sagem/nokia?

i have lost all my channels on my sagem dbox the screens went black but thers a picture behind it how can a fix it

These boxes,come in 2 flavours...x1 intel chip..and x2.nokia dbox is always x2..but sagem can be either.youlle have to look thru the top vents to detrermine how many chips your sagem as...this is imporetant as the image that it needs also come in 2 flavours..x1 or x2...choose the wrong one..and youlle kien system the box..which roughly translated...means wrong image...youlle need a up to date image..fior this box to work..come here for further advice.. www.cable-closet.com

d box saying loading kernal then it locks up with black screen letting you doing nothing

Try a new question with what kind of box it is for exapmple is a Freeview box or cable of what?

BTW the brand of hard drive is irrelevant and Nokia do not make hard drives anyway.
