how can i fix my zanussi jetsystem 1200 washing machine?

remove the soap draw from washing machine and remove the plastic bit with max written on it in the conditioner compartment.now make sure the hole is clean and tube is clean.the other favourite for this problem is the holes above are blocked.clean the holes or replace the conveyor (bit with holes in at top).
