belt keeps cming off?

i have an bko eco wash and today the belt came off after i put it on and started the machine it came off and then i did it again and the same thing happend

check there's no movment between inner stainless steel drum & outer nylon drum if there's movment the bearings have gone if not did you adjust the motor after re-fitting the belt,this may need adjusting.best of luck
