Mend Yardman Engine Lawn Started

How can I fix self propelled Yardman with Honda engine?

I was mowing the lawn and it started to vibrate then just stopped pulling on its own. It is a 21 inch and I bought it at Walmart the end of last summer. It really has not been used that often, but when I did use it, it did a great job. This is the only problem I have had with it.
