how can i fix my reillo rdb burner?

when i turn the heating on in the house using the programmer i sometimes have to go out to the boiler and press the reset button to get it to work.

Could be any number of things, including boiler/burner needs a good service from an qualified Oftec tech.

When u press the red button does it always fire and keep going until you turn the heating off again?
