ford (banana 2.5 diesal)?

it will start and drive for a few miles then just stops (engine cuts out and lots of white smoke) after ten mins or so will start again please help

fuel pump is proberbly no good..A good site to check is fordtransit.org they have loads of good advice

may be fuel supply fault-could be something in tank occasionally blocking outlet pipe.
