Mend Accenta 8 zone Tamper Light Alarm Going

tamper indicator light need technical advice?

We have a accenta alarm system and it keeps going off at various times and it is always the tamper light that flashes. It states on the box that you should refer to the manual - which we don't have - can you advise what to do? It is a 8 zone model about 8 years old.
