Buy a tv with freeview or buy a freview box. Buy a digital aerial and connect to tv or freeview box.

Yes but you will almost certainly need an amplifier. Install the amp as close to the antenna (aerial) as you can get. Feed the amp with a coax cable from the antenna. Then plug your existing coax lead into one of the amp's outputs. Now run a new coax cable from the amp to the room where you want the new TV.
